Made to your product size

Send us the length, width and height of your bottle, jar or tube. Our designer prepares a dieline that fits, so your product does not move inside the box.

Offset or digital printing

For bigger runs, our cosmetic box printing uses Komori offset presses for sharp, consistent colour. Shorter runs and samples are printed digitally on Konica Minolta presses.

Option 03

Finishing that stands out

Choose matte or gloss lamination, spot UV highlights, gold or silver hot stamping, emboss or a window cut-out. Every finish is checked by the same team that prints your box.

What is cosmetic box printing?

It is the printing of custom boxes for beauty products such as skincare, serums, lipstick and creams. We print your design in full colour, add finishing such as spot UV or foil, then die-cut and glue the boxes ready to use.

Which box style is best for cosmetics?

A tuck end box is the most popular choice because it is light, easy to fold and opens cleanly. For premium sets, a top bottom rigid box or a sleeve box also works well.

Can you match my brand colours?

Yes. We print in CMYK and can add Pantone spot colours so your logo and brand colours stay consistent across every batch.

Do you help with the box design?

Yes. Our in-house designers can prepare the dieline and artwork for you, or we can print from your ready artwork.

Do you deliver outside Selangor?

Yes. We deliver across Malaysia from our factory in Bandar Baru Bangi, and we also have a branch in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
